Especially in phases of change, it is important to keep a cool head and stay oriented. Often, there are more people involved than we realize. It is not easy to weigh up the numerous options and, above all, to leave emotions out of the equation. In such cases, an exchange of views at eye level and a second opinion are very helpful. As a C-level sparring partner, I am available to the management on issues of business strategy, process optimization or as a change facilitator.
