Whether there is an acute need for consulting or a short-term vacancy arises. I am at your side both in an advisory capacity (on the sidelines) as a consultant and as an interim manager, i.e. as an active part of the team on the pitch.
As a consultant, I support you with issues in the areas of business strategy, operational excellence and change management. From my experience, these topics are strongly intertwined. Once the strategy is defined, it is a matter of implementing and improving the processes. This often goes hand in hand with change management initiatives. I am happy to accompany you through the entire process.
For example, as an interim manager, I restructured a blockchain start-up in the role of Chief Operating Officer. To ensure success, it was important for me to actively involve all stakeholders and explain the defined measures. This requires intensive communication work. I really enjoy communicating with a wide variety of people, from trainees to the board of directors. In doing so, I combine the mood in the engine room with the interests of the management. In addition to restructuring, I have gained experience in digital transformation and various growth projects.
