Facilitation of workshops & training sessions
In order to implement strategic decisions successfully, it is essential to actively involve employees and win them over to the initiative. I accompany organizations in change situations. Explaining the “why?”, i.e. why is the change necessary, is a focal point of my work. In workshops with small and medium-sized groups, I explain the reasons for the change in question, show the target picture and define with the group the path to be followed. In training sessions, the collected results are then “rolled out” to other parts of the organization.
